I work for this company and im kind of like a crew leader and i desided to get moved down and my spouse dont agree with my moving down cause i took a little bit of a pay cut with it. Allow him to disagree but do not faulter in your choice. Accuse him of distrust. Do not allow him to use subcurrent tacticle manipultion to convince you of being wrong and maintain an over view of your chioce. Other than that.... did you discuss this decision with him first? Not to get his permission; however, to weigh the possible outcomes of less incomes on your family budget?
Always remember Marriage is a partnership %26amp; perhaps he would've been support and able to better handle the situation if he felt he had been involved in that decision making process
