What would you do if your spouse snores in bed?

What if it's too loud for you?

Would you resort to sleeping in separate beds in separate rooms just because of snoring?

What measures would you take? And to what extend? What would you do if your spouse snores in bed?
The first thing that I would do is to have them go to a sleep clinic to make sure that they aren't suffering from sleep apnea! I found out that my young daughter's snoring was because she had abnormally large tonsils and it was causing her to develop sleep apnea. In fact the doctor said that he was surprised that she didn't die of SID's when she was a baby because she snored since she was born. She snored so loudly that my father who is hard of hearing could hear her. She had to have her tonsils removed when she was nine but that time she was having trouble sleeping all night with out her breathing stopping every few minutes. I couldn't take it any more an that's when they removed her tonsils and she hasn't had any more problems except when she has a bad cold and is stuffed up. Try that it might save your marriage. What would you do if your spouse snores in bed?
well thank God, that someone else has the same problem as me, yes my husband snores, but only when he has had a few drinks, the noise is the nearest sound to a pig that i have ever heard, i have violent reactions, i am awake all night, saying ';turn on your side,'; it is terrible, and he believes that it is o.k.i have given up, i am moving into another bedroom.there i have said it.
My spouse snores and quite often I will go sleep in another room. It beats being sleepless, frustrated and resentful.
divorce is one way...seperate beds is a good choice as well...or cover their nose and mouth untill they stop breathing. however the last one on thier usually results in death of a spouse either you or them...
buy them breathe right strips? Did you tell them about there snoring, there are way to stop it, it all depends on what causes it.
My husband snores, sometimes it's extremely loud. We've tried antihistamines, humidifier, air purifier, avoiding milk products. Some help, most don't. He refuses to ask a doctor about it. When it's bad I move into another room and close both doors, but can still hear it even thru earplugs. I get justice from his tinnitus, which is worse after a noisy night.
tell them to stop. if they don't stick a sock in their mouth to muffle the sound and go to sleep.
