My spouse owes back taxes i filed married filing separate will i still get a stimulus check?

my spouse owes taxes for 2007 and are automatically deducted from our account monthly. we both filed married filing separate on our tax returns. I know he will not receive a stimulus check as it will be applied to the balance but will i still receive mine since we filed separate? My spouse owes back taxes i filed married filing separate will i still get a stimulus check?
If the liability to pay the back taxes is solely of your spouse, then you will get the rebate. Your spouse's rebate will be adjusted against the back taxes.

The rebate payment will equal the amount of tax liability on the return (tax liability on the return Form 1040 line 46 or Form 1040A line 28) with a minimum amount of $300 and a maximum amount of $600 for individuals.

. For information on stimulus tax rebate schedule, the eligibility and how much rebate you will get read: http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/02/are-鈥?/a>My spouse owes back taxes i filed married filing separate will i still get a stimulus check?
Assuming that you are eligible for the rebate, yours should not be affected by what he owes so you should get it.
