What is the proceedure needed to bring my spouse to America?

I am a US citizen and recently filled the I-130 form. What are the next few steps? What other forms do I need to send or have ready?What is the proceedure needed to bring my spouse to America?
I'm assuming that you also submitted the G-325A's and any other documentation required with the I-130? If you are wanting to go the K-3 visa route then you need to submit the I-129F once you receive the receipt notice for the I-130. If you are going the Immigrant visa path, once the I-130 is approved, it is forwarded to the national visa center. The forms required at this stage are the I-864 affidavit of support and the DS-230 application for a visa. Have a read of the various stickied threads here
