Can a spouse leave alone to the US without her husband's approval?

Recently my wife left to go to her home country to attend to some family matters. While there, she applied for a US visa and left without telling me. I suspect, she didnt declare that we are married and travelled as a single woman. I have not heard from her for two months and cant trace her. Can i have her visa revoked if i went to the local embassy? We are of different nationalities and have been staying in my country.Can a spouse leave alone to the US without her husband's approval?

Unless you can demostrate that her visa was obtained fraudulently, you can't do jack about this.





Your wife is obviously not interested in remaining married to you. Maybe where you are from you can control her movement, but not in the US you can't.
No you can't. She is not your property. She can go anywhere she wants to. Maybe there is a reason she wanted away from you.
